Job Overview:


Shuraa is hiring a client seeking a motivated and results-driven Office Admin to join the company’s UAE office. The ideal candidate should be competent while ensuring smooth running of the company’s office and contribute to driving sustainable growth. The position is office-based in the UAE, with working hours aligned to U.S. Pacific Time (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Los Angeles time).


Job Responsibilities:


• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies

• Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for the supplies.

• Respond to incoming communications such as phone calls.

• Manage emails, letters, packages, and other forms of correspondence

• Ensure all new documents and paperwork are filed and logged properly in the system.

• Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel, and other data.

• Custodian of confidential documents and responsible for management and circulation of the same between stakeholders.
