Job Summary:

The Office Administrator will oversee daily office operations, ensuring the workplace runs smoothly and efficiently. This role involves managing administrative tasks, supporting management and staff, maintaining records, and coordinating communication within the organization. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative processes.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order new materials as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and documents.
  • Support HR with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Assist in bookkeeping tasks such as expense tracking, invoicing, and petty cash management.
  • Support management in preparing presentations and reports.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary:

Competitive and commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time
