We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations and ensure the workplace runs efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and capable of handling multiple administrative tasks while providing excellent internal and external support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, or data entry
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments
  • Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding, documentation, and employee records (if applicable)
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are followed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
