Office Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support daily office operations and ensure a smooth, efficient workplace. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable handling a wide range of administrative tasks while serving as a key point of contact for staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes as needed
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and data entry
  • Support HR-related activities including onboarding, records management, and timekeeping
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Support management with special projects and administrative requests

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
  • Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with office management software or accounting tools
  • Basic bookkeeping or HR administrative experience
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
