Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our Pool business. Duties
- Oversee schedule management for staff calendars, meetings, appointments, and event planning to ensure optimal time utilization.
- Coordinate vendor management activities, including procurement, service scheduling, and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and service customers.
- Handle human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and supporting payroll processes using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, manage filing systems (both digital and physical), and perform basic budgeting tasks to support financial oversight.
