Job Description

An Administrative Assistant supports daily office operations and provides administrative support to management and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office correspondence such as emails, letters, and phone calls
  • Prepare documents, reports, and basic records
  • Maintain filing systems for company documents
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Coordinate office activities and appointments
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders when needed
  • Support HR tasks such as document collection and staff records
  • Assist in preparing invoices, LPOs, and basic administrative forms
  • Coordinate with different departments for administrative support

Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor degree in business administration or related field
  • Basic computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Reporting To

  • Office Manager
