Office Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be intelligent, analytical, and a strong problem solver who can manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties
  • Manage accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) processes
  • Maintain accurate financial and administrative records
  • Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence
  • Coordinate office operations and support team members as needed
  • Handle scheduling, email communication, and document management

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with QuickBooks and Adobe Acrobat
  • Notary Public certification (required)
  • Strong background in A/P and A/R
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
