Office Administrator (Admin & Documentation Support)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a female Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office coordination, courier handling, document control, and general administrative tasks. Freshers are welcome – full training and support will be provided. This role is ideal for someone organized, responsible, and eager to grow in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration

  • Monitor and manage office supplies and stationery.
  • Keep the office clean, organized, and running smoothly.
  • Coordinate courier services for document delivery and material dispatch.
  • Receive and sort incoming documents and packages.

Documentation & Filing

  • Prepare, print, scan, and file company documents and correspondence.
  • Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital) for contracts, invoices, approvals, etc.
  • Support the accounts and operations team with document submission and follow-up.

Support & Communication

  • Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and direct queries as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and basic coordination between departments.
  • Provide polite and professional front-desk support for visitors or customers.

Finance & Operations Assistance

  • Help prepare invoices, collect receipts, and coordinate with the accounts team.
  • Track courier receipts, acknowledgment copies, and important submissions to clients or authorities.
  • Follow up on material delivery or document drop-offs as per project timelines.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus but not required).
  • Well-organized, punctual, and willing to learn.
  • Preferred: Female candidates under sponsorship/spouse visa (not mandatory).
