Job Description: Office Administrator cum Accountant

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time

About Us

Wordcraft Legal Translation is a professional legal translation and business services company providing translation, attestation, and PRO services across the UAE. We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Admin cum Accountant to lead the administrative operations of our Sharjah branch and maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

1. 100% Administrative Operations

Office Management : Manage front-desk operations, greet clients, and handle all incoming calls and WhatsApp inquiries with professional etiquette.

Workflow Coordination : Act as the central point between clients and operation team to ensure all service requests are processed and delivered on time.

Document Control : Maintain rigorous filing systems for legal documents, certificates, and client files to ensure zero data loss.

Database Management : Keep the branch database updated daily with accurate client information and service statuses.

Office Support : Oversee general office upkeep, manage supplies, and handle all official correspondence and emails.

2. Accounting & Finance

Invoicing & Receipts : Prepare accurate service quotations, tax invoices, and payment receipts for every transaction.

Bookkeeping: Maintain daily records of cash flow, manage the petty cash fund, and record all branch expenses.

Accounts Receivable : Track pending payments and conduct professional follow-ups with clients to ensure timely collections.

Reporting : Prepare basic weekly and monthly financial summaries for the management team.

Requirements

Experience : Minimum 1 years of experience in Administration and Basic Accounts (Experience in a translation, typing, or PRO center is highly preferred).

Administrative Skills : 100% proficiency in office management and multitasking.

Communication: Strong command of English (Written & Spoken). Arabic language skills are a significant advantage.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word are essential) and basic accounting software.

Personality : Highly organized, detail-oriented, honest, and capable of working independently.
