Office Administrator (Female only) - Own/family Visa

Job Summary

We are seeking a Female Office Administrator with strong document management and administrative skills. The role involves handling company records, maintaining documentation, and providing day-to-day administrative support while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

Important: Candidate must hold a valid own visa / family-sponsored visa. Company will not provide employment visa.

Key ResponsibilitiesDocument Management

  • Maintain, organize, and update physical and digital documents
  • Proper filing of contracts, agreements, licenses, and client records
  • Scan, upload, and archive documents systematically
  • Track document expiry dates and notify management in advance
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company and client data

Office Administration

  • Handle routine office administration tasks
  • Prepare letters, forms, reports, and internal documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and service providers
  • Maintain office records, trackers, and registers
  • Support management, HR, and accounts teams with documentation

Compliance & Coordination

  • Ensure all documents are complete and properly maintained
  • Assist during audits or internal checks
  • Follow up on pending documents with relevant stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an Office Administrator / Document Controller
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

Eligibility Criteria

  • Female candidates only
  • Must be currently in UAE
  • Own visa / family-sponsored visa is mandatory
  • Immediate or short notice period preferred

Preferred

  • UAE work experience
  • Familiarity with UAE business and compliance documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
