OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR/ HR FEMALE

Primary Role

The Office Administrator is responsible for managing daily office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments while maintaining efficient office systems.

Key Responsibilities Office Administration

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and workflow
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation
  • Ensure availability of office supplies and stationery
  • Coordinate office maintenance and utilities

Communication & Coordination

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
  • Coordinate with staff, suppliers, and service providers

Documentation & Record Keeping

  • Prepare letters, reports, memos, and official documents
  • Maintain employee files and company records
  • Ensure proper filing (physical and electronic)

Support to Management

  • Assist management with administrative tasks
  • Prepare reports and summaries when required
  • Follow up on tasks and deadlines

Compliance & Confidentiality

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information

General Support

  • Support HR, finance, and operations when required
  • Assist in audits, inspections, and official visits

Authority Level

  • Authorized to manage routine administrative activities
  • Coordinate with departments for office requirements
  • Report issues and improvements to management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD150.000 - BD200.000 per month
