The Office Administrator will support daily administrative and operational activities related to vehicle tracking services majorly. The role requires coordination with various department, and internal teams to ensure accurate system records, timely reporting, and efficient office / vehicle management and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update vehicle tracking system records, including vehicle, and device details
  • Coordinate installation, maintenance, and service schedules
  • Monitor basic tracking reports and escalate system or device issues when required
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
  • Handle tracking services and provide support
  • Maintain documentation, contracts, invoices, and service records
  • Perform general office administrative duties (filing, emails, data entry)
  • Liaise with Teams, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:

  • Male candidate
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in office administration (vehicle tracking or logistics experience preferred)
  • Basic understanding of GPS/vehicle tracking systems is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
