Office Assistant

Lahore, Pakistan

We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in office administration and a basic understanding of import documentation and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office tasks including filing, data entry, and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing and managing import-related documents (invoice, packing list, BL, etc.).
  • Coordinate with suppliers, shipping agents, and clearing departments.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Support management in daily operational and administrative activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an office or import-related role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
