The role of Office Assistant involves providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support to ensure smooth office operations. This position demands attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in administration, accounting, bookkeeping, and visa processing.


KRA


-Provide administrative and clerical support to management and project teams.

-Prepare, organize, and manage company documents, correspondence, and reports.

-Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as required.

-Maintain records of employee attendance, project files, and office supplies.

-Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally.

-Assist in preparing quotations, purchase orders, and other documentation.

-Support HR and operations teams in day-to-day administrative tasks

-Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.


Visa Processing & PRO Services:

• Handle all matters related to employee visas, work permits, Emirates ID, and medical tests.

• Submit and track visa applications through government portals (GDRFA, MOHRE, ICA).

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa requirements and UAE labor regulations.

• Liaise with government authorities for approvals, renewals, and cancellations.

• Ensure timely processing of all documentation related to residency, visas, and labor cards.

• Prepare and maintain detailed visa status reports for employees.
