Office Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Assistant to join our team! Duties

  • Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette
  • Operate multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently and courteously
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Google Workspace, CCC one, and QuickBooks software
  • Organize and file documents systematically, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Support calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff and executives
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including basic bookkeeping and invoice processing
  • Provide customer support via phone or email, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Occasional pickup/drop off of customers or their vehicles.
  • Support office management activities such as supply ordering, filing systems, and general administrative tasks

Skills

  • Proven office experience with strong clerical skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in basic emails & note taking.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong typing skills coupled with keen attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-line phone systems, calendar management, and office logistics
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
  • Personal assistant experience or office management background is advantageous for supporting executive needs

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Entry-Level Customer Service Representative / Office Assistant to join our team! If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being part of a positive workplace, this could be a great fit for you. No extensive experience needed—we’re happy to train the right person. Must be okay with dogs(doggo comes to work everyday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
