Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative and sales operations. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team with documentation, coordination, customer communication, and general office tasks to ensure smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-ups
  • Manage filing systems
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed
  • Support other office staff as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of experience (Office Assistant or sales support role)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
