Mandatory Requirement:
Only Retired Navy Personnel / Pakistan Army / Air Force (PO or CPO level / Regulating / JCO / Warrant Officer / Seamen Branch / Gunnery Branch / Naval Police) are eligible to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Open and close office, ensure cleanliness and facility upkeep.
  • Maintain inventory and reorder stationery/printing materials.
  • Handle printing, photocopying, and scanning tasks.
  • Manage bills record and petty cash.
  • Handle receipt/dispatch of documents and MRNs.
  • Maintain project-wise drawings and monitor surveying instruments.
  • Coordinate guards’ duties and vendor services.
  • Ensure availability of drinking water, safety equipment, and office supplies.

Requirements

  • Minimum Intermediate (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • 10–15 years of admin/office support experience.
  • Knowledge of inventory and record management.
  • Basic MS Office skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • Age: 40 to 50 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
