Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office environment.
Duties
- Perform general office tasks such as filing and organizing documents
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Assist with customer scheduling and inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Support administrative staff with various tasks as needed
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Prior experience in customer support or administrative roles is a plus
- Prior experience in an office for a skilled trade is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Basic proofreading skills for reviewing documents
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
