- Create and Maintain Various Logs in Excel
- Assist with Various Administrative Tasks
- Scan Documents
- Collect and Organize Receipts for Expense Reports
- Data Entry
- Light Cleaning As Needed – i.e. putting away uniforms, taking out trash
- Track and Scan Credit Sales
- Review Monthly Inventory from Stores – Send For Correction As Needed
-Place Supply Orders
- Cross Train on Additional Duties including HR & AP
Assist in other positions as needed when others are out of office.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
