Office Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Property Management Assistant to support the daily operations of residential and/or commercial properties. This role involves handling administrative tasks, managing communications, and assisting with property showings to ensure smooth and efficient property management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and pay property-related bills in a timely and accurate manner
  • Monitor and respond to emails from tenants, vendors, and property owners
  • Maintain organized records of expenses, invoices, and communications
  • Coordinate and schedule property showings with prospective tenants or buyers
  • Conduct property tours and provide accurate information about units and amenities
  • Assist with tenant inquiries, applications, and basic screening processes
  • Communicate with maintenance staff or vendors to address property issues
  • Support general administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Basic knowledge of property management or real estate preferred
  • Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently
  • Proficiency with email platforms and basic office software
  • Professional and customer-service-oriented demeanor

Work Environment:
This role may involve a combination of office work and on-site property visits.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
