Office Assistant

Work Schedule: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with weekend availability

Location: Kozyatağı, Kadıköy/Istanbul

We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our growing team. 

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the day-to-day operations of our office. 

Responsibilities:

• Organizing daily/weekly plans and preparing the agenda for the meetings
• Developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures
• Maintaining office systems 
• Preparing reports and presentations
• Contract and payment management, document workflow
• Prepare weekly timesheet
• And other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Good command of english both written and spoken
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
