Office Assistant Girl

A leading Corporate Service provider firm based in Dubai is looking for a “Office Assistant / Office Girl”. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to perform the below tasks:

1. Office Organization

- Maintain cleanliness of the offices.

- Maintain office supplies and equipment, order pantry and cleaning supplies when necessary.

- Making and serving coffee/tea/water to guests/clients.

- Arrange for maintenance and repair as needed.

2. Administrative Support

- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence.

- Maintain and organize physical and digital files and records.

- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.

3. Data Entry and Record Keeping

- Input and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and other software.

- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data.

- Maintain and manage records, both paper and electronic.

4. Communication and Customer Service

- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.

- Handle basic customer service inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department.

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

5. Filing and Documentation

- Organize and file important documents and records.

- Retrieve and provide documents as needed.

- Assist in managing the flow of information within the office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,900.00 per month
