Office Assistant - Male

An office assistant provides essential support to daily office operations by managing cleaning, pantry services, and light administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include maintaining office cleanliness, serving refreshments, delivering documents, and restocking supplies to ensure a smooth, productive work environment. This role typically requires punctuality, reliability, and basic organizational skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Office Maintenance: Cleaning rooms, restrooms, and pantries, as well as managing waste disposal.
  • Refreshment Services: Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests.
  • Administrative Support: Filing documents, photocopying, scanning, and distributing mail.
  • Logistics & Errands: Running errands, restocking supplies, and managing incoming/outgoing couriers.
  • Meeting Setup: Arranging meeting rooms and assisting with office equipment maintenance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Reliability: Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
  • Physical Stamina: Capable of performing cleaning and lifting tasks.
  • Communication: Basic understanding of verbal instructions and polite, professional interaction with staff.
  • Education: Generally a high school diploma or equivalent, though many positions require minimal formal education.

Common Qualifications

  • Ability to speak in English is a must.
