Responsibilities:
Our newest opportunity is for a talented Office Attendant to join our team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the office to ensure a clean, organised, and professional environment.
We envisage success in this role to include;
Assist at office reception and provide support during meetings.
Distribute documents and internal communications as required.
Ensure the office is clean and well maintained; oversee housekeeping staff.
Conduct health and safety checks and assist with basic maintenance tasks.
Monitor office supplies and support with ordering and restocking.
Report facility issues to management and assist with office repairs, rearrangements, and general upkeep.
Provide reprographics support, including printing, copying, collating, laminating, and binding.
Handle basic administrative tasks such as scanning, archiving, and updating simple records.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 2-5 years of work experience partnered with a high school education.
Good working knowledge of written and spoken English.
Well-presented, positive, friendly, and professional demeanour.
Strong attention to detail and understanding of confidentiality.
Willingness to work as part of a team and follow office policies and procedures.
Basic computer literacy; training in MS Office / other office tools will be provided.
