• Greet clients and visitors as needed

• Clean and sanitize staff tables, office desks, and reception area daily.

• Preparing and serving tea and coffee to guests and all the staff as required.

• Maintain the cleanliness of the washrooms, pantry, and kitchen.

• Dust, mop, and organize the office, including corners and under furniture.

• Refill and clean water bottles and water dispensers.

• Ensure food items and fridge storage are regularly checked for expiry.

• Maintain hygiene in the pantry, fridge, and storage areas.

• Serve tea/coffee and refreshments to staff and guests as required.

• Refill stationery items, tissue boxes, and printers with paper.

• Support general office maintenance and report any issues promptly.

• Assist with small office tasks and provide support to the admin team when required.
