Key Responsibilities
- Dusting, sweeping, cleaning, and organizing desks, meeting rooms, and common areas to ensure a tidy environment.
- Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Photocopying, scanning, scanning, binding, filing documents, and distributing mail.
- Running external errands, such as making bank deposits, purchasing office supplies, or delivering documents.
- Monitoring and restocking kitchen/pantry supplies and office stationary.
