Key Responsibilities

  • Dusting, sweeping, cleaning, and organizing desks, meeting rooms, and common areas to ensure a tidy environment.
  • Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
  • Photocopying, scanning, scanning, binding, filing documents, and distributing mail.
  • Running external errands, such as making bank deposits, purchasing office supplies, or delivering documents.
  • Monitoring and restocking kitchen/pantry supplies and office stationary.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience

2–3 years of relevant experience.
