• 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
• 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM
• 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to support daily office operations and maintain a clean, organized workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises
• Dust and clean desks, chairs, computers, and other office equipment
• Serve tea, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors
• Assist employees with minor office-related tasks as needed
• Set up and organize meeting rooms when required
• Manage and organize files and documents within the office
• Ensure availability of office supplies
• Open and close office areas as required
• Adhere to company policies and follow instructions from management
