Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Office Assistant to support our daily administrative and marketing tasks. The ideal candidate is familiar with design platforms such as Canva and is able to create promotional posters and product descriptions that align with brand style and current trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design posters and promotional materials using Canva or similar design tools
  • Write clear, engaging product descriptions for store display use
  • Quickly understand and follow brand visual style and tone
  • Support marketing campaigns and content creation based on current trends and customer preferences

Requirements

  • Proficient in Canva or similar online design platforms
  • Strong sense of visual design and aesthetics
  • Ability to quickly adapt to a brand’s style and guidelines
  • Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment

Retail, marketing, or content creation experience is a plus, but not required.
