Job Title: Office Clerk (Male / Female)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Range: SAR 1,200 – 1,800 (depending on experience and skills)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Clerk (Male / Female) to support daily administrative and office operations. The ideal candidate will assist with general office tasks, documentation, data entry, and coordination to ensure smooth and efficient office functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical and administrative duties.
  • Handle office assistant tasks including filing, photocopying, scanning, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and office documents.
  • Support day-to-day office operations and assist other departments as required.
  • Use MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data entry and reporting.
  • Coordinate with staff and management for administrative requirements.
  • Ensure office cleanliness, organization, and proper document control.
  • Perform overtime duties when required as per operational needs.

Requirements:

  • Education: Higher Secondary Certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an office or administrative role.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
