Next Element Marketing Management is seeking a talented and dynamic Office Coordinator (Philipino Nationals only) to join our growing team and contribute to our commitment to excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain organized records, assist in preparing reports, and ensure deadlines for compliance are met.
2. Schedule meetings, follow up on deliverables, and ensure client needs are addressed promptly.
3.Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery.
4. Welcome guests, arrange meeting setups, and provide necessary hospitality.
5.Track legal, financial, and operational compliance requirements, updating management when necessary.
6. Prepare agendas, record minutes, and ensure action points are followed up.
7.Organize the team’s calendar, plan appointments, and prevent scheduling conflicts.
8.Monitor assigned projects and tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
9. Liaise with third-party providers for services, supplies, or project requirements.
10. Maintain inventory of office supplies, ensure proper filing systems, and support daily office operations.
11.Support management with additional tasks as required.
Requirements:
1. Strong organizational and communication skills.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
3. Professional demeanor and client-focused approach.
4. Prior experience in coordination or administrative roles preferred.
