We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to [the CEO / Managing Director / Executive]. The ideal candidate will be efficient, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with utmost discretion and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Administrative & Executive Support Manage daily calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel itineraries. Screen calls, emails, and correspondence; prioritize and respond on behalf of the executive when required. Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documents. Maintain records, databases, and filing systems with confidentiality. Coordinate with internal departments and external partners for smooth workflow. Personal Assistance Handle personal appointments, errands, and travel arrangements. Manage personal and household administrative tasks (as required). Organize events, meetings, and special engagements. Support in expense tracking, invoicing, and budgeting. Operational & Communication Tasks Act as a liaison between the executive and staff, clients, and stakeholders. Ensure timely follow-ups and reminders for key deadlines and deliverables. Draft professional emails, letters, and internal communications. Anticipate needs and provide proactive solutions to administrative challenges.
