Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator to work directly with the CEO. This role requires someone who can act as a right hand to leadership, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure smooth execution of both administrative and strategic tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, and priorities
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Act as a communication bridge between CEO and internal/external stakeholders
⚙ Operations & Coordination
- Oversee daily office operations
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
- Track tasks, follow-ups, and deadlines on behalf of the CEO
Administrative & Strategic Assistance
- Assist in basic data tracking (Excel, dashboards, reports)
- Support hiring coordination, documentation, and onboarding
- Help in organizing company events, meetings, and travel
Workflow Management
- Improve processes and suggest efficiency improvements
- Ensure tasks assigned by CEO are executed and closed
