Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Office Management role located in Islamabad. The Office Manager will oversee daily administrative tasks, manage office operations, handle communication, and ensure the smooth functioning of office activities. Key responsibilities include maintaining office supplies, managing schedules, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, providing customer support, and overseeing the proper use of office equipment. The candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering a productive and organized work environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients, team members.
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, including record-keeping and workflow management
  • Hands-on experience with Office Equipment, including troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Proficiency in relevant software such as word processing, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools
  • Previous experience in office management or a related role is preferred
