OFFICE MANAGER

Job description:

We are a dynamic and fast-growing law firm with a specialized focus on trademark filings and intellectual property matters. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and well-organized Office Manager to join our team and support day-to-day administrative tasks, particularly in documentation and trademark filing work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the legal team.
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, letters, and forms—primarily in Microsoft Word.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets and records using Microsoft Excel.
  • Organize, file, and manage client documentation both physically and digitally.
  • Assist with online trademark filing processes and data entry.
  • Manage correspondence (emails, letters, courier) and respond to routine inquiries.
  • Coordinate with government offices such as IPO Pakistan for follow-ups.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Handle scanning, photocopying, and other office-related tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Word and Excel.
  • Basic knowledge or strong interest in legal documentation and trademark procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task efficiently.
  • Prior experience in a law firm or legal office (preferred but not mandatory).

Education:

  • Minimum: Intermediate / Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business, Law, or related field).
