Office Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to oversee the smooth functioning of all departments within our organization. The Office Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring cross-departmental coordination, operational efficiency, and business growth. This role requires strong leadership, multi-tasking, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities Departmental Oversight

  • Marketing: Coordinate campaigns, monitor performance, ensure brand consistency, and support lead-generation strategies.
  • Sales: Supervise sales team performance, oversee pipeline management, ensure client satisfaction, and track revenue targets.
  • Operations: Manage day-to-day operations, implement workflow systems, and ensure timely execution of client deliverables.
  • HR & Recruiting: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.

General Office Management

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to improve efficiency.
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare management reports.
  • Liaise with senior management to align departmental goals with company strategy.
  • Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and adherence to company standards.
  • Manage office budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in office/operations management, preferably within the UAE.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP/CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of UAE business setup, compliance, and HR regulations is a plus.
