Office Manager

Administrative & Office Management

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and overall workplace organization.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and procurement.
  • Ensure proper documentation, filing systems, and record-keeping.

Finance & Reporting

  • Manage petty cash, track expenses, and support basic bookkeeping.
  • Work with finance department on invoice processing and budget tracking.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, health & safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Communication & Coordination

  • Facilitate internal communication between departments.
  • Act as a liaison with external stakeholders, clients, and partners.
