Job Title: Office Manager (Accounting & Consulting Background) - Abu Dhabi Branch.

Accutax Consultancy is a consultancy firm specializing in Accounting, VAT, Excise and Corporate Tax in UAE. With extensive experience in tax policies, procedures, and implementation, we provide the expertise needed to navigate the changing business environment in the UAE.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager with a strong background in accounting and consulting to join our team. If you have excellent organizational skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excel at multitasking, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day office operations to ensure organizational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate internal records, client files, and service documentation.
  • Manage and improve workflows, administrative procedures, and support tools.
  • Supervise consultants’ appointments, ensuring clients’ schedules are optimized and aligned.
  • Liaise with customers, government authorities if required, and third-party service providers.
  • Support and oversee team performance, training, and task delegation.
  • Assisting in any Adhoc task required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an office manager, preferably in an accounting or consulting firm.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
