Office Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our office environment. This vital role requires a proactive individual who can seamlessly coordinate administrative functions, manage vendor relationships, oversee scheduling, and support team members to ensure a productive and welcoming workplace. Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and coordinating quickbooks online including appropriate quickbooks entries. Perform payroll functions through quickbooks online
  • Coordinate vendor relationships, including procurement of supplies and services, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective solutions
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide training & development opportunities to foster team growth and efficiency
  • Handle human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and supporting payroll processes using QuickBooks online
  • Oversee budgeting, bookkeeping, and expense tracking to ensure financial accuracy and accountability
  • Maintain effective communication across departments by managing calendars, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth information flow

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
  • Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks on line
  • Experience with human resources functions including onboarding, training & development
  • Knowledge of office technology including multi-line phone systems, ai, computer software applications (MS Office Suite), and basic bookkeeping tools
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
