Human Resources Coordinator

We are partnering with multiple clients in the Greater Boston area seeking HR Coordinators to join their team. Qualified candidates must have experience managing day-to-day HR tasks including, but not limited to, recruiting assistance, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.

**Applicants must be able to work fully onsite in the Boston, MA area to be eligible for these roles.**


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee personnel files – includes keeping employee data updated and accurate and providing technical support as requested
  • Perform HRIS data entry and maintain employee files
  • Maintain and update job postings as needed
  • Management and processing of new hire paperwork
  • Assist with benefits enrollment
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years experience in Human Resources
  • Proficiency with ADP, SharePoint
  • Experience in HRIS management, including open enrollment, on and offboarding, and vendor management
  • Ability to prioritize deliverables effectively and independently
  • Ability to exercise discretion in handling confidential information
