Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, supervisory, and communication skills, with experience in office management, event planning, and human resources. This role offers an opportunity to lead a dynamic team, manage vendor relationships, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our organization. Prior experience in medical office management or administrative roles is preferred.

Duties

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including front desk responsibilities and multi-line phone systems
  • Oversee scheduling, calendar management, and appointment setting for staff and clients
  • Supervise administrative staff and coordinate training & development initiatives
  • Handle bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, and vendor management using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Organize and plan company events, meetings, and special functions
  • Maintain filing systems, record keeping, and ensure compliance with organizational policies
  • Manage human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
  • Oversee medical office management tasks if applicable
  • Ensure effective communication across departments through phone etiquette and clear messaging
  • Assist with clerical tasks including data entry, document preparation, and report generation

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
  • Supervising experience with team management capabilities
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, calendar management tools, and multi-line phone systems
  • Experience in event planning, vendor management, payroll, budgeting, bookkeeping, and human resources functions
  • Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to handle clerical tasks such as filing and front desk operations efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in medical office management or related healthcare administration is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to train staff and support team development initiatives

Pay: $20.00 - $27.05 per hour
