As
Office Manager
, you will be the operational backbone of the DHE Corporate Strategy function — ensuring the office runs seamlessly, leadership is supported at the highest level, and stakeholders experience a professional, efficient, and well-organised environment.
This is not a traditional admin role.
This is a
high-trust, high-impact position
for someone who can anticipate needs, think ahead, solve problems before they escalate, and operate with discretion and professionalism at all times.
What you’ll be responsible for
At a leadership support level, you will:

Provide comprehensive executive support to the senior leadership team

Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, correspondence, and briefing materials
-
Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, expenses, and key documentation
-
Support strategic projects and ad-hoc initiatives as required
-
Ensure leadership are always prepared, informed, and positioned for success
At an office operations level, you will:

Oversee the day-to-day running of the DHE Corporate Strategy office
-
Develop and maintain efficient office processes, systems, and workflows
-
Manage office vendors, suppliers, equipment, and services
-
Maintain office supplies and ensure the environment is always fully operational
-
Create a professional, welcoming, and high-standard working environment
At a stakeholder & coordination level, you will:

Act as the first point of contact for senior management matters
-
Manage sensitive and confidential communications with professionalism
-
Coordinate meetings, leadership forums, and executive events end-to-end
-
Prepare agendas, materials, minutes, and follow-ups for key meetings
-
Act as a trusted liaison between leadership, internal teams, and external partners
-
Build strong working relationships across the DHE business and wider group
