This is not a traditional admin role.

This is a high-trust, high-impact position for someone who can anticipate needs, think ahead, solve problems before they escalate, and operate with discretion and professionalism at all times.

What you’ll be responsible for

At a leadership support level, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the senior leadership team
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, correspondence, and briefing materials
  • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, expenses, and key documentation
  • Support strategic projects and ad-hoc initiatives as required
  • Ensure leadership are always prepared, informed, and positioned for success

At an office operations level, you will:

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the DHE Corporate Strategy office
  • Develop and maintain efficient office processes, systems, and workflows
  • Manage office vendors, suppliers, equipment, and services
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the environment is always fully operational
  • Create a professional, welcoming, and high-standard working environment

At a stakeholder & coordination level, you will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for senior management matters
  • Manage sensitive and confidential communications with professionalism
  • Coordinate meetings, leadership forums, and executive events end-to-end
  • Prepare agendas, materials, minutes, and follow-ups for key meetings
  • Act as a trusted liaison between leadership, internal teams, and external partners
  • Build strong working relationships across the DHE business and wider group

How success will be measured

Your impact in this role will be visible through:

  • Seamless daily operations of the Corporate Strategy office
  • Efficient, well-coordinated executive schedules and meetings
  • High-quality documentation, reporting, and communications
  • Strong stakeholder feedback and leadership confidence
  • Proactive problem-solving and minimal operational disruption
  • A professional, well-run office environment that supports performance

What we’re looking for

This role suits a highly organised, proactive, and trusted professional who thrives in a fast-paced executive environment.

You will bring:

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience in office management or executive support roles
  • Strong organisational and multitasking ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capability
  • Ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities
  • Professional discretion and ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management capability

Additional strengths that will set you apart

  • Experience supporting C-level or senior executive leadership
  • Experience within large, complex organisations or corporate environments
  • Experience coordinating leadership meetings, board packs, or strategy sessions
  • Experience managing vendors and office operations end-to-end
  • A solutions-focused mindset with strong initiative

Who you’ll work with

Internally, you will work closely with:

  • Executive Leadership Team
  • Strategy, Finance, HR, Legal and Operations teams

Externally, you will engage with:

  • Vendors and service providers
  • External partners and stakeholders
  • Visitors and guests to the Corporate Strategy office

Team & environment

  • You will operate within a lean, high-impact Corporate Strategy function
  • This is a standalone Office Manager role with high ownership and visibility
  • You will be expected to operate independently and anticipate business needs
  • The environment is fast-paced, professional, and highly collaborative
