Office Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, organized and welcoming Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our office guests and employee administrative needs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting and can balance forward facing hospitality and back house administration. In this role, you will support a team of approximately 40 professionals across two entities: Social Capital, a venture capital firm, and 8090 Solutions, an AI startup.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and organize office activities
  • Oversee stock of office supplies
  • Greet visitors at office
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
  • Support HR in scheduling meetings, interviews and transport


Qualifications

  • Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Friendly and upbeat demeanor
