Office Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy office environment. This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative workflows, maintaining a welcoming front desk presence, and supporting overall office efficiency. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to foster a productive and positive workplace atmosphere. Bilingual abilities are a plus, as is experience with various office management tools and software. Duties

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring all administrative functions run seamlessly
  • Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer service
  • Coordinate calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events with precision and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Handle clerical tasks such as copying, mailing, and organizing office supplies to support team productivity
  • Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software for invoicing and expense tracking
  • Provide administrative support including typing correspondence, managing phone etiquette, and assisting with personal assistant duties as needed

Experience

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a strong background in clerical tasks and customer service
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, calendar management, data entry, filing systems, and office software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Previous experience in audio and video reception is advantageous but not required; strong organizational skills are essential regardless of industry
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping processes using QuickBooks or similar software is highly desirable
  • Excellent phone etiquette, proofreading skills, and attention to detail are important

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
