Office Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our office environment. This vital role ensures smooth administrative workflows, maintains a welcoming front desk presence, and supports overall office efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Oversee front desk operations, greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, order necessary materials, and ensure the office is well-stocked and organized
  • Manage calendar scheduling, appointments, meetings, and coordinate logistics for internal and external events
  • Utilize computer skills to perform data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Handle clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining accurate records
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email with friendly phone etiquette and timely responses
  • Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar software to assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial recordkeeping

Requirements

  • Proven office management or administrative experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing systems, and general clerical duties
  • Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is preferred but not required
  • Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience as a receptionist (dental or medical), personal assistant, or in office support roles is highly desirable
  • Strong computer literacy including typing speed and accuracy; familiarity with proofing documents is advantageous

Pay: $15.00 - $30.63 per hour
