Miller Funeral Home is seeking a full-time Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and serve as the primary point of contact for families, visitors, and staff. This role helps create a welcoming and professional environment while supporting funeral directors and leadership with administrative, financial, and communication needs.
Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors; answer incoming calls
- Provide information and direct inquiries to appropriate staff
- Manage daily office operations and maintain a clean, organized environment
- Oversee scheduling, calendars, and office coordination
- Handle accounts receivable/payable and basic banking tasks
- Maintain financial records and documentation
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and records
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and administrative support
- Manage office supplies and place orders as needed
- Support social media updates and online presence
- Coordinate internal and external communications
Requirements-
High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with basic accounting or banking tasks preferred
- Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Prior administrative or office management experience preferred

Salary - $19 - $26 per hour
