Our client a well known Financial Services Company is seeking an Office Manager in their New York New York Location!


Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment

• Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships

• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and company events

• Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and digital)

• Support senior management with administrative tasks and reporting

• Assist with onboarding of new employees and general HR coordination

• Monitor office budget and track expenses


Key Requirements

• Proven experience in office management or administrative roles

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
