Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as an Office Manager / Bookkeeper, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office while managing essential financial tasks. You will be the heartbeat of our organization, overseeing administrative functions, bookkeeping duties, and team management. Your expertise in office management and financial oversight will drive efficiency and foster a positive work environment.

What you’ll do

  • Supervise daily office operations, ensuring a productive and organized workspace
  • Manage bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records
  • Coordinate vendor management to ensure timely service delivery and cost efficiency
  • Plan and execute company events, fostering team spirit and engagement
  • Oversee schedule management, including calendar coordination for team members
  • Maintain filing systems and clerical records to ensure easy access to information
  • Provide exceptional front desk support, including managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism

Experience

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
  • Strong bookkeeping skills with proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Demonstrated ability to manage payroll processes effectively
  • Experience in human resources functions, including training and development initiatives
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills to interact with team members and vendors professionally
  • Background in medical office management is a plus but not required
  • Ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative environment
