Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join our team! In this vital role, you will oversee daily office operations while managing financial records with precision. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth administrative workflows, foster effective communication, and support the overall mission of serving our community with care and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations, including front desk duties, multi-line phone systems, and calendar management to ensure seamless daily activities.
  • Handle bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, payroll processing, and budget monitoring.
  • Manage donor database, mailing list, and prepare reports.
  • Oversee building management and maintenance with Executive Director and Board of Directors.
  • Assist with human resources functions such as employee record keeping, onboarding new staff, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies.
  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist with fundraising events.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a professional setting.
  • Demonstrated bookkeeping skills with proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail in scheduling, filing, and record keeping.
  • Excellent communication skills paired with professional phone etiquette for front desk interactions.
  • Knowledge of human resources processes including payroll management and employee onboarding.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a nonprofit environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Join us in making a difference! Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
