Call Pegasus is launching a structured plumbing, HVAC, and electrical company in Southern California.

We are building this company the right way from day one — clean systems, strong financial control, and professional operations.

We are hiring an Office Manager & Bookkeeper to oversee daily office operations and maintain accurate financial records.

This is a key leadership role inside the company.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical industry (required)
• Experience with dispatching and service scheduling
• Bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks or similar preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Professional, detail-oriented, and accountable

Home service experience is mandatory. You must understand how service calls, technicians, invoices, and job flow operate.

ResponsibilitiesOffice Operations

• Manage scheduling and dispatch coordination
• Oversee daily call flow and customer communication
• Maintain CRM accuracy and job tracking
• Coordinate with field technicians for efficiency
• Establish and improve operational systems

Financial Oversight

• Manage accounts receivable & payable
• Process invoices and payments
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Assist with payroll coordination
• Work alongside CPA for reporting and compliance

You will help build the operational and financial backbone of the company.
