We are an established custom closet and storage solutions company based in Orlando, FL, dedicated to providing high-quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service. We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team and play a key role in the daily operations of our office.

Position Summary:

The Office Manager/Bookkeeper will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations and handling all bookkeeping duties. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, efficient, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the leadership team and supervise the Lead Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:

  • Manage daily office operations and serve as first point of contact for calls and visitors
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Answer phones, Schedule Appointments and respond to client inquiries professionally
  • Maintain digital and paper filing systems
  • Support HR functions including onboarding, timekeeping, and employee records
  • Research company insurance renewals with reports
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Support company operations with various administrative tasks as needed

Full Charge Bookkeeping:

  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable with appropriate Reconciliations
  • Process Bi-weekly Payroll including time tracking and PTO
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and supporting tax preparation
  • Track expenses, budgets, and job costing
  • Process designer commissions in a timely manner twice monthly.
  • Familiar with Double entry Bookkeeping

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, or similar administrative role
  • Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and general accounting practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in the home improvement or construction industry is a plus
  • Maintain accurate financial records using Account Edge or similar accounting software CRM

Education & Experience:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant experience required
